1. Competition Period:

This competition starts on 4 October 2024 and ends on 30 October 2024.

2. How to Enter:

• No purchase is necessary to enter. To participate, entrants need to:
• Snap a selfie that represents what ‘Self Confidence’ means to them.
• Share it in the comments section of the competition post on Austell’s SupaClear Acne Treatment Facebook page.
• Tag @Austell’s SupaClear Acne Treatment and use the hashtag #SupaClearSupaConfident in the post.

3. Prizes:

Ten lucky winners will receive a Cotton On fashion voucher worth R1000 each (incl. VAT).

4. Eligibility:

• This competition is open to legal residents of South Africa who are 18 years or older.
• Employees or contractors of Austell Pharmaceuticals (Pty) Ltd and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, or sibling) and any persons domiciled with any such employees or contractors are not eligible to enter.

 5. Multiple Entries:

Participants may enter the competition multiple times but are only eligible to win once.

6. Winner Selection:

The method for selecting a winner is based on a lucky draw.For the duration of the competition, every valid entry will be considered in the lucky draw.Winners will be drawn in the second week of November 2024 and contacted directly via social media (Facebook or Instagram).

7. Claiming Prizes:

The 10 winners will be notified via direct message on the platform where they submitted their entry (either Facebook or Instagram) and will have 48 hours to respond.If no response is received within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.Austell Pharmaceuticals (Pty) Ltd will arrange the delivery of prizes.

8. Claiming Prizes:

By entering this competition, participants grant Austell Pharmaceuticals (Pty) Ltd the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display their photographs or messages for promotional, advertising, or any other purposes related to the competition, without any further compensation or approval required.

9. Public Display of Entries:

Submissions will be reviewed by Austell Pharmaceuticals (Pty) Ltd and it is at their discretion whether to display or share entries publicly.

10. Verification:

The winning entry/entries will be verified. Should a winner not meet the eligibility criteria, another winner will be chosen.
